Narinder Kapoor is holding Master Degree in Economic and a Law Degree from Delhi University.
His wife, Urmila Kapoor, is a health professional. He has two sons, Sachin Kapoor and Sandeep Kapoor. They both are physicians. He lives in Syosset, NY.
Mr Kapoor served United States Treasury Department for 22 years and retired in 2009. He is a Senior Vice President of Geeta Ashram of New York, a non-profit entity, engaged in professing the elitist wisdom of Srimad Bhagwad Geeta. He attended many International Geeta Conferences. Since 1981, he has been visiting hospitals, Universities, Colleges, High Schools, Churches and Temples of different denominations to share the unique features of Hinduism.
He is a Board Member of Long Island Multi-Faith Forum (LIMFF).
He is Trustee of Sri Ram Sharnam Temple, Hicksvill, NY.
He is actively involved in Gayatri Gyan Kendra of Long Island and SHANTI FUND.
He served as a Chairperson of Meditation Forum of India Association of Long Island from 2016 to 2020. At present he is a chairperson of Meditation Forum of DIVINE MANTRA MEDITATION.
HE IS a TRUSTEE OF SRI RAM SHARNAM TEMPLE OF NY.
HE IS ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF INTERFAITH INSTITUTE OF LONG LAND (IFI).
He is on the Advisory Board of Domestic Harmony Foundation (DHF).
Recently, Mr Kapoor is appointed as Executive Member of Indian American Forum (IAF).
He is a frequent visitor on DDG as a Co-Host.
Quite often his articles are published in Newsday. He is a contributor on ITV Gold and JUS TV.
